Mission Statement
Our mission is to teach our students how to find relevant library materials successfully and independently, and then how to use them effectively.
Our students also need to become more and more skilled in evaluating and filtering the ever-increasing amount of information that is available, so that this process starts to become second nature in their everyday lives.
Equally important, we also want to instill and foster a genuine enjoyment in using library resources, both fiction and non-fiction, print and non-print.
Getting into the habit of reading and learning can provide a lifetime of tremendous satisfaction and enjoyment.....and, of course, will also inevitably lead to success!
